At Fabricville, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and textile purchases. If your fabric, hardware, or home accessories are not a perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unwashed, and uncut; please note that custom-made drapery and clearance items are final sale.

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account portal to submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email.

• 3.
  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging, including all tags and the printed RMA form, to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
